Our story
It all started with Anaïs, Alexandre, Pierre, and Maxime. Friends.Discussions around a table. Ideas tossed around without really knowing where they would lead. And above all, one obvious commonality: the Quiberon peninsula. We are deeply attached to it. Not just for its beautiful moments in the summer, but also as a place to live, with its routines, its quiet moments, and its storms.We never wanted to create "conceptual" spaces. We simply wanted to create places where we feel good.
CANAILLES
Because it all starts around a table. In 2021, we opened Canailles in Saint-Pierre-Quiberon. A no-frills restaurant, designed like a table for friends.People come to eat, of course, but above all to spend time together. Quickly, Canailles became a lively place: regulars, neighbors, passersby, and often evenings that stretched on.
Canailles taught us a great deal, and above all, one essential thing: hospitality isn't just a service, it's an intention. When people feel comfortable, everything becomes easier.

It was obvious! Over time, an idea took shape.
What if we went further?
What if we extended this spirit beyond the meal? Café Caillou and Dune, which opened in 2025, were born from this idea. Franck and Romin joined us.

Dune is first and foremost a place where you arrive without overthinking it. Where you drop your bag and immediately feel at home. We envisioned Dune as we would a home for welcoming friends: simple, warm spaces, without unnecessary frills. A place where you can have a coffee, read, chat, or do absolutely nothing. A place that lives, evolves, and welcomes.
